1. Acceptance of Terms

By using stealthbotanicals.com or buying from Stealth Botanicals LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or buy our products.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years or older to use this website or buy from it. Anyone under 21 may not use the site, even with an adult. By using the site or placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 or older. We may ask for proof of age at any time, and may cancel an order that fails an age check.

3. Product Disclaimer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Kratom is not approved by the FDA for human consumption. The FDA has issued Import Alert 54-15 concerning kratom.

Our products carry these warnings: For use by adults 21 and over only. Not for use by pregnant or nursing women. Do not use if you are taking antidepressants, MAOIs, SSRIs or any other medication that affects serotonin. Do not use with alcohol or other medications. May be habit forming. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after use. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition or take medication.

4. California Proposition 65

5. Product Use

You are responsible for researching our products, their intended use and their risks before you buy. Suggested-use information on our product pages is general guidance meant to encourage conservative, responsible use. It is not medical advice, and we do not endorse any particular use.

6. Assumption of Risk

Once your order is delivered, you take responsibility for how the products are used, handled and stored. You agree to hold Stealth Botanicals LLC, its owners, staff and suppliers harmless from any claim arising from that use or handling, or from anyone else's handling of the products after delivery.

7. Legality and Shipping

Laws on kratom vary by state, county and city, and they change. Checkout will not accept delivery of kratom products to a location where we know kratom is prohibited. We cannot guarantee that our legal information is complete or current, and you are responsible for confirming that a purchase is legal where you live. 8. Orders and Payment

Payment is due when you place your order, by the payment methods shown at checkout. All prices are in US dollars, and we may change prices at any time. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or a failed age check. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

9. Accounts, Discount Codes and Rewards

We may suspend or close any account, and block an email address, IP address, phone number or payment method, at any time and without giving a reason. Discount codes and rewards are single-use, have no cash value, cannot be resold, and may carry a minimum spend and an expiry date. We may withdraw a code that was obtained or used in breach of these terms, for example by opening more than one account to collect welcome codes, and a reward earned by an order that is later cancelled.

11. Limitation of Liability

Stealth Botanicals LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
