30-Day Refund Guarantee

You can ask for a refund within 30 days of delivery, whether the product is opened or unopened.

Unopened Products

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund.

Opened Products

Opened products can be returned for a refund if at least 85% of the contents remain.

Exchanges

Unopened products can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, for the same product or a different one. We ship the replacement once we receive the original.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service. We pay for return shipping when the mistake is ours: a wrong item, or damage in transit.

Damaged, Incorrect or Lost Orders

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date for a lost parcel, and include photos of any damage. We will reship the correct products at no charge or refund you in full, and we cover any return shipping. For a lost parcel, we work with the carrier first.

How to Request a Refund

2. Include your order number and the reason for the return
3. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions
4. Ship items back to the address we provide (if applicable)
5. Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of our receiving and checking the return. Your bank may take longer to show it.

Rewards and Discount Codes

If an order is cancelled, any unused rewards it earned are withdrawn. If you used a discount code on an order that is cancelled, contact us and we will issue a replacement code.
