Where We Ship
We ship only within the United States. Kratom products ship only to states and localities where kratom is legal: we do not ship them to any state that bans kratom, or to any county or city that prohibits its sale or possession, and checkout will not accept a restricted delivery address.
Restricted Locations
We do not ship kratom products to: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, Wisconsin.
In California, Florida, Illinois, Mississippi, kratom is legal statewide but prohibited in some counties or cities. Checkout refuses delivery to those areas and asks you to confirm that kratom is legal where you live.
The rules for each state, county and city are on our Legality page. Products that do not contain kratom can be shipped to any US state.
Delivery Time
Orders received before 2pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, are shipped same day. We offer one standard shipping option, which takes 3-5 business days. Delivery may take longer during sales events and holidays.
Packaging
Every order ships in plain packaging, with nothing on the outside of the box to give it away.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order, and you'll see the cost before you pay.
Order Status
You can check your order's status at any time by signing in to your account.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date for a lost parcel. See our Refund & Return Policy for what happens next.
Responsibility for Your Order
Responsibility for your order passes to you when it is delivered to the address you gave us. Please check your delivery address before you place your order.
